YAN Sri Lanka conducted a special interactive workshop addressing challenges related to SRHR among youth with disabilities. The 3hour interactive online workshop on SRHR challenges faced by youth with disabilities. Identifying barriers, Vulnerabilities and helping mechanisms. This session was supported by sign language experts as well as subtitles. The resource person for the session was Dr. Chamanthi Jayasundara specialized medical officer in youth health attached Family planning Bureau. The session had 40 participants and through out the session many interesting issues were raised giving evidence that SRHR of young people with disabilities have been severely unmet within the community.
