Valentine’s Day Camping for tobacco prevention

One of the most notable and heartwarming programs organized by YAN Sri Lanka was the Valentine’s Day celebration on 14th February 2023, held at the vibrant premises of Majestic City. The event was appropriately themed “ආදරයේ උණුසුම ළග සිගරට් ගඳ තියෙන්න බෑ” highlighting the smell of cigarettes cannot be near the warmth of love. The participants enthusiastically engaged in various activities and games, fostering a sense of camaraderie and joy. The objective of this campaign was de-glamorize the tobacco use among youth. The smiles on their faces and the laughter that echoed throughout the venue were a testament to the event’s success in creating lasting memories and strengthening the bonds within the YAN community.
