Sinhala and Hindu New Year 2021 – Online Competition
YAN Sri Lanka held an online New Year competition on the theme of Sinhala Hindu New Year through Facebook.
These competitions were organized in parallel with the issues related to the prevention of alcohol and cigarettes.
Prizes were awarded to the winners who answered these questions correctly. The competition had reached over 10,000 young people through the Facebook page.
According to invitation of Horana MOH office we sucessfully did a leadership development session and a effective drug prevention program at Uduwa Nandarama temple with the participation of 48 students.
YAN Batticoloa district directors organized a YAN stole. Posters and banners are displayed. Youths were happily engaged with this and also they discussed about effective drug prevention.
